Refund, Return and Cancellations

At DHF Ltd we understand customers may want to return their item due to various reasons. We adhere to ethical trading practices; we guarantee that customer funds are never withheld or denied any returns without reasoning. At Dream House Furnishings Ltd we are committed in offering customers full assurance and to uphold their statutory rights without restriction. 
If a customer decides to cancel their order before the item is dispatched, they will need to contact us via email at sales@dreamhousefurnishingsltd.co.uk. After receiving your email, DHF Ltd will proceed to cancel your order. The refund process typically takes between 7 to 30 days to complete.

Vital Requirements
You must ensure that the items are returned in their original or suitable packaging; failure to do so may result in us declining the cancellation pick-up. A pickup fee of £75, depending on the item, will be applied, and deducted from the total amount paid for the goods within 3 to 5 working days, this charge also applies if you change your mind and decide not to keep the item. However, if you are returning the goods due to damage, wrong, or incomplete delivery, there will be no pickup charge. 
DHF Ltd asks for all packaging to be retained. We require photographic evidence of the damaged/faulty or incorrect goods in order to arrange a free of cost replacement for you.
In the case of any damages or discrepancies, customers have 7 days after items have been delivered to report this to us.
Your refund will be processed using the same payment method you used when placing the order; we are unable to issue refunds to a different account. Your refund will be processed within 30 days from the date the item reaches our warehouse.
You are granted a period of fourteen (14) working days to return an item for any cause. Please be aware that clearance items do not qualify for replacements.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: If you or someone you hired tried to put the item together and accidentally damaged it during assembly, we won't be responsible for the damage and won't be able to accept a return or provide a refund.
